Usar un blog para vender mejor tu casa o vivienda

En este artículo explicamos qué utilidad puede tener crear un blog para la venta de la casa o vivienda y cómo se puede construir de forma sencilla y gratis uno para esta finalidad

En estos tiempos difíciles que nos están tocando vivir, la venta de la vivienda se puede convertir en una tarea complicada.

Para tener éxito, debemos dedicarle el cuidado y el trabajo necesario. Se trata de una operación económica muy importante en la que esfuerzos adicionales seguramente tengan bastante efectos en los resultados: respecto al tiempo de venta y seguramente también en el precio.

Hay muchos aspectos a tener en cuenta y muchas palancas para impulsar la venta de la vivienda. Pero hoy nos vamos a dedicar a una herramienta menos obvia y menos usual, y que también puede darnos algún resultado, que como hemos titulado el artículo se trataría de crear un blog sobre nuestra vivienda.

Un blog no es más que una web, con una estructura determinada. Una de sus principales características es que existen editores como blogger o wordpress que permiten crear un blog de forma muy sencilla y gratuita, para cualquier usuario de internet, en tan solo unos minutos. Nos centramos en blogger.

Un blog puede servir como tarjeta de visita, para ofrecer a la inmobiliaria que venda nuestra vivienda, o como web a incorporar cuando aunciemos nuestra vivienda en portales inmobiliarios donde el interesado pueda acudir para encontrar más información. Además servirá para que la información de nuestra vivienda esté disponible en la web, y se pueda acceder a ella a través de buscadores como Google.

Lo primero, sería escoger una buena dirección para tu web (blog). Si la calle es muy conocida yo utilizaría el nombre de la misma, sino quizás pueda ser mejor utilizar el nombre del barrio. Buenas noticias: como en España este tipo de uso de los blogs no está generalizado o popularizado, seguro que encuentras el nombre que desees disponible. Por ejemplo, he realizado el ejercicio con juanbravomadrid y está disponible.

Ahora toca construir el blog. En la pestaña de configuración, en la oción de Básico tienes la opción de cumplimentar el texto de la escripción del contenido del blog. Dispones de 500 caracteres que en mi opinión utilizaría para dar las principales pistas: "Vivienda en Juan Bravo 27 de 80 metros ,en Barrio de Salamanca, en Madrid, en venta. 400.000 euros. Descubre aquí esta magnifica oportunidad, para disfrutar de un excelente barrio y de una vivienda encantadora muy luminosa y recientemente reformada".

A través de la creación de entradas puedes ir confeccionando artículos y en cada artículo añadir fotos. Añadir fotos o vídeos es muy sencillo. Y es el aspecto "crucial". Piensa que las fotos son lo que más te puede diferenciar: máxima atención a este aspecto. Cuida todos los detalles antes de tomar las fotos: orden, limpieza, decoración.

Una idea sería crear artículos por ejemplo de la vivienda, con gran cantidad de fotos de la misma, incoporando los comentarios que procedan. Otro artículo sobre el barrio...etc.

El denominado Sidebar que es la parte lateral del blog y que normalmente se dedica a enlazar otras páginas interesantes, al archivo de artículos, etc, hay que cambiarlo un poco y dedicarlo a los aspectos que pueden interesar a los que visiten nuestra web: servicios públicos de la zona, nuestros datos de contacto, etc. Esta parte del blog se personaliza por la opción de Diseño, en elemento de la página:

Bueno... y a partir de aquí todo quea abierto a tu creatividad, y a tu disponibilidad de tiempo. Creo que merece la pena.
